Disposition versions
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $21.90 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,779 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $20.80 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,693 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $19.50 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,591 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $19 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,550 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $18.80 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,531 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $18.50 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,505 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $18.22 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,480.16 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $16.96 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,378.08 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $15.70 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,276 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraph 3 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $15.70 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,276 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraph 3 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $15.50 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,263 per instrument.

Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraph 3 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $15.40 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,251 per instrument.
128. Subject to the first paragraph of section 29, the fee for registration in the public register of real and immovable mining rights of a transfer or of another instrument referred to in paragraph 3 of section 13 of the Act relating to a real and immovable mining right, respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine shall be $15 per mining right, up to a maximum of $1,221 per instrument.
